Appointments At Five

Since 1987, Appointments at Five has been an Athens tradition and staple in the community. The shop specializes in English and French antiques, decorative accessories, bridal registry, and a wide variety of gift items. It is a place where old and new coexist beautifully, where English and French country antiques live in perfect harmony with today's sparkle. The store was opened in 1987 by two antique lovers themselves, Kitty Culpepper and Jenny Sligh. They have spent the last 36 years serving the Athens community although their influence has spread near and far.

After being championed for decades by the two Antiques, Jarrett Kemp, an Athens native and UGA Graduate, has now taken the reins as the shop's new owner. Growing up in Athens, Jarrett has always enjoyed coming into Appointments at Five and is thrilled to continue on the legacy of Kitty and Jenny.

A rare treat, Appointments at Five is an old-fashioned store where service is spontaneous, the selection is unsurpassed, and customer satisfaction is the raison d'etre. You will leisurely browse through each room of this quaint shop and want to return again and again to see what's new. After all, it is the little things that make a house a home.

Though the displays change often, the theme is constant - gracious living with a timeless flair.
